No More Desire ™ Porn Addiction Recovery
What have you tried so far to quit porn? Accountability buddies, talk therapy, internet filters, church or religious programs, or mindfulness techniques to 'get rid of cravings'… Many of these have merit, but they're often missing key elements for long-lasting sobriety. It isn’t enough to just “stop watching porn”. Porn addiction is a symptom of deeper, underlying challenges that I address using evidence-based psychological and behavioral practices.
My mission isn't just to help people overcome porn addiction, but to give them each step to establish a recovery mindset and lifestyle. This is done using hands-on, daily exercises that retrain the brain and forge new habits that last a lifetime. Once this mindset and lifestyle are established, the desire for porn naturally fades.

No More Desire ™ Porn Addiction Recovery
5: The Addiction/Fear Cycle | Where Pornography Addiction Comes From
When asked where pornography addiction comes from, many of us are tempted to say “sex cravings”, lust, dopamine, or “boys will be boys.” These all play a part, but I feel that none of them get to the core of the issue.
I’ve spent 12 years coming to understand addiction by living my own recovery. I’ve dug deep, seeking for the true roots. I didn't want to just quit porn addiction, but to lose my desire for it entirely.
After living addiction recovery, and studying it in both ancient and modern wisdom, I created The Addiction/Fear Cycle.
This Cycle outlines not only the cause of porn addiction but all addiction. It deals with the fundamental reasons we crave and seek out worldly attachments.
